JJV produced a series of architectural visualisations for proposed waterfront office refurbishments at Town Quay in Southampton, commissioned by Nicolas James Group.
The imagery was developed to support tenant engagement for a selection of refurbished office and reception spaces within the wider Town Quay regeneration, helping communicate the quality and appeal of the workplace environments prior to leasing.
WATERFRONT WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
The visualisations focused on two reception areas and a flexible office space, each designed to reflect the unique waterfront setting of the Town Quay development.
Attention was given to natural light, material quality and arrival experience, helping to convey how existing buildings could be repositioned as high-quality modern workplaces within a distinctive harbourfront environment.
LEASING & TENANT ENGAGEMENT
Created as part of a wider leasing strategy, the CGI was used to engage prospective tenants and demonstrate the potential of the refurbished spaces within a competitive Southampton office market.
By presenting the interiors as fully realised workplace environments, the imagery helped bridge the gap between existing buildings and their future use, supporting early-stage leasing discussions and commercial interest.
