The visualisations played a central role in the development's marketing strategy, providing high-quality imagery for brochures, digital campaigns and sales material.
By bringing the scheme to life before completion, the CGI helped communicate the quality, character and lifestyle associated with the development, contributing to the successful off-plan sales campaign and the eventual sale of every home within the scheme.
JJV produced a series of architectural visualisations and interior design concepts for The Padstow Collection, a luxury residential development by Acorn Property Group located in one of Cornwall's most sought-after coastal destinations.
Working alongside Kay Elliott Architects, the imagery was developed to support the off-plan marketing campaign, helping prospective buyers understand both the architecture and lifestyle offered by the completed homes long before construction was finished.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Alongside the exterior CGI, JJV developed the interior design direction for the project, creating a cohesive visual language that reflected Padstow's coastal setting and the premium nature of the development.
Carefully considered material palettes, furnishings and finishes were incorporated into the visualisations to create aspirational yet authentic living spaces, allowing buyers to connect with the homes on an emotional level during the sales process.
