JJV produced a series of photorealistic workplace visualisations for The Cube, a refurbished office building in Bristol undergoing a wider repositioning to attract modern occupiers.

Commissioned by Stride Treglown, the imagery focused on a Cat B fit-out proposal, helping communicate the character, functionality and appeal of the workspace to prospective tenants prior to occupation.

Created as part of the building's leasing and marketing strategy, the CGI helped bridge the gap between design proposals and a completed workplace environment. By presenting the Cat B fit-out in a realistic and accessible way, prospective occupiers could better understand how the space would look and function once delivered.

Working alongside supporting floorplans, the imagery provided a clear visual narrative for agents, stakeholders and potential tenants, helping communicate the value of the refurbished workspace within Bristol's competitive office market.

WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE

The visualisations were designed to showcase a contemporary working environment tailored to the expectations of today's occupiers. Open-plan workspaces, welcoming arrival areas and integrated staff amenities were carefully presented to demonstrate how the office could support collaboration, flexibility and day-to-day wellbeing.

Particular attention was given to the reception and kitchenette areas, helping communicate the quality of the workplace experience beyond the desk itself.
