JJV produced a series of architectural visualisations for St John’s Square, a 212-home residential regeneration scheme in Southsea, Portsmouth, located on the site of the former St John’s College.
Founded in 1908 by the De La Salle brothers, St John’s College operated as a long-standing educational institution for over a century before its closure in 2022. The redevelopment proposals reimagine the site as a new residential neighbourhood, combining the sensitive reuse of existing buildings with carefully integrated new-build apartments.
The visualisations were developed to support the marketing and sale of the scheme off-plan, helping prospective buyers and stakeholders understand the character, quality and setting of the proposed homes prior to construction.
