JJV produced a series of architectural and interior visualisations for Sea Space, Cornwall’s first coastal aparthotel and lifestyle-led hospitality destination located in Newquay.
Working alongside Watergate Bay Hotel Group and interior designers Dynargh Design, the imagery was developed to communicate the design intent across a range of apartment typologies and shared spaces, supporting both the interior design process and wider brand launch.
Working closely with Dynargh Design, the imagery explored a range of interior typologies, showcasing bespoke furniture, soft furnishings and spatial layouts tailored to modern hospitality use.
Alongside the visualisations, supporting floorplans and moodboards helped communicate the design direction for Sea Space, bringing together material palettes, spatial planning and interior concepts into a clear and cohesive design narrative. This combination of imagery and design development material provided a holistic view of how the scheme would function and feel as a lived-in hospitality environment.
The visuals played a key role in aligning design intent across stakeholders, helping communicate how each apartment type would feel, function and operate within a real-world hospitality setting.

Sea Space introduces a flexible, design-led approach to coastal hospitality, combining short and long-stay accommodation with a strong focus on lifestyle, community and experience.
The visualisation work helped define how the brand translates into physical space, from materiality and lighting to the overall guest experience across studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Beyond design development, the visualisations were also used as part of the wider brand and marketing rollout, helping establish the identity of Sea Space as a new lifestyle-focused coastal destination.
The imagery supported early-stage presentation materials, investor communications and pre-launch marketing, helping position the scheme within the growing UK coastal hospitality sector.
