JJV produced a comprehensive set of architectural visualisations for Post House, a shared ownership residential development in London delivered by SNG and designed by HGP Architects.
The CGI package included interior, exterior and aerial views, created to support off-plan sales and website launch marketing while the building was already under construction.
The project included three interior visualisations covering the living room, kitchen and bedroom spaces, alongside three exterior views capturing eye-level, elevated and aerial perspectives of the development.
Together, these images provided a complete visual narrative of the scheme, helping prospective buyers understand both the internal quality of the homes and the wider architectural context of the building.
A COMPLETE RESIDENTIAL MARKETING PACKAGE
A complete visualisation package helps developers communicate a scheme at every scale — from interior lifestyle moments through to building-wide context, supporting stronger engagement during off-plan sales and launch marketing.
As the development was already under construction at the time of production, the visualisations played a key role in bridging the gap between the physical build and the marketing launch.
The CGI supported SNG’s sales and marketing strategy by presenting finished, aspirational spaces that aligned with the reality of the built scheme, helping buyers engage with the homes ahead of completion.
