JJV produced a series of architectural visualisations for Neoscape Bowling Attraction, an experiential leisure concept developed by T3 Creative Agency and designed by Kay Elliott for Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN).
The project forms part of a wider rollout of location-based entertainment destinations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, designed to deliver a next-generation bowling experience focused on immersion, interaction and brand-led storytelling.
EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN CONCEPT
The concept reimagines traditional bowling as a fully immersive entertainment environment, combining digital interaction, atmospheric lighting and themed interior design to create a distinctive guest experience.
The visualisations were developed to communicate this experience-led approach, focusing on how users move through the space and engage with different zones, from arrival and social areas through to the bowling lanes themselves.
MULTI-SITE ROLLOUT STRATEGY
Designed as part of a broader leisure strategy, Neoscape Bowling Attraction is intended for rollout across multiple entertainment complexes throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The CGI supported early-stage development discussions and stakeholder presentations, helping communicate how a consistent branded experience could be delivered across multiple locations while maintaining flexibility for individual site integration.
The visualisations focus on atmosphere, immersion and energy, helping translate a conceptual entertainment brand into a believable and commercially scalable leisure experience.
The project sits within a growing global trend towards experience-led leisure destinations, where entertainment venues are designed as immersive environments rather than standalone activities.
The visualisations helped position the concept as a commercially scalable attraction model, aligned with the evolving entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia and the wider experience economy.
