JJV produced a series of before-and-after architectural visualisations for the proposed redevelopment of the Greenbank Hotel in Falmouth, a landmark harbourside property within one of Cornwall’s most sensitive waterfront settings.
The imagery was developed to communicate the visual impact of the proposals, supporting planning discussions and helping stakeholders understand how the scheme would enhance and evolve the existing hotel environment.

A key focus of the work was demonstrating the relationship between the existing building and the proposed changes. By presenting clear before-and-after comparisons, the visualisations helped illustrate how the redevelopment would improve functionality, guest experience and overall appearance while remaining sensitive to its coastal context.
This approach allowed planners, consultants and stakeholders to assess the proposals in a clear and accessible way, particularly within a location where views, scale and waterfront character are critical considerations.
