JJV produced a series of architectural visualisations for 175 Putney, a 39,000 sq ft commercial office redevelopment located in the heart of Putney, London.
Commissioned by Nicolas James Group and designed by David James Architects, the scheme transforms an existing building into a contemporary workplace offering flexible office accommodation, high-quality shared amenities and enhanced environmental performance.

The CGI played a key role in the leasing and marketing process, helping communicate the flexibility of the redevelopment to prospective occupiers. A series of Cat A and Cat B visualisations were produced to showcase both the base building specification and a range of potential fit-out scenarios, allowing tenants to better understand how the space could be tailored to suit different workplace requirements.
By presenting multiple occupancy options, the imagery helped bridge the gap between a completed building and a future working environment, supporting leasing discussions and strengthening the building's appeal within a competitive London office market.
The development delivers a series of high-quality office floors designed to meet the needs of modern occupiers, combining open-plan workspace with breakout areas, end-of-trip facilities and a landscaped rooftop terrace.
The visualisations were created to communicate the quality, flexibility and functionality of the workspace offering, helping prospective tenants understand how the building supports contemporary working patterns.
